Online

Mood Disturbances

www.moodgym.anu.edu.au
This is an online self help program created by academics at the Australian National University. It has progressive modules for learning psychological skills and is free and readily accessable.

www.authentichappiness.org
This is a University of Pennsylvania site. It is based on the work of Martin Seligman and his collaborators who research and writes prolifically in Positive Psychology and Happiness. Take some of the tests in the listed questionnaires to find out your strengths and positive attributes.

www.hypnosisdownloads.com
Visit this site and peruse their catalogue.  Choose a download that seems to target your issue and try out the downloaded audio.  Self hypnosis is not a 'magic cure', however it can be relaxing and helpful.

www.wildmind.org
This is a mindfulness meditation site.  Mindfulness is a traditional Buddhist practice, and the founder of this site is a Buddhist man of Scottish descent. I feel that the information and audio available on this site are inclusive of all and do not push any firm religious practice.
