Sessions & Payment
Sessions are 50 minutes in duration. An extra 10 minutes is usually taken up with making further appointments and processing payments and Medical refunds from both Medicare and Private Health Funds.
Rebate from Private Health Funds with Extras Cover varies according to the fund.
There are EFTPOS facilities in the office and these can provide Medicare refunds directly to the client via their bank account.
Cancellation fees are charged for missed appointments as well as less than 24 hours notice of cancellation.
