Associates
After many years as a sole practitioner, in recent times I have taken on some associates. These professional psychologists have been very carefully selected, and fit very well with the type of work that I do.
Each one of them is impressive in their own right, and they have unique therapeutic styles and skills. I feel very fortunate to have them here working with me.
Together we aim to offer clients thoughtful and skillful treatment, with the goal of providing successful outcomes for every person who attends.

I enjoy working with both adolescents and adults, both individually and as couples.
I have experience in private practice, student counselling, and community services. This work has lead me to value genuine relationships with my clients. I understand how difficult it can be to talk about things that cause us pain – and I acknowledge that acceptance takes work. I believe that everyone has the capacity to lead a happier, more fulfilling life.
I have worked successfully with people living with anxiety, depression, stress, and chronic pain, as well as individuals struggling with substance use, self-esteem, identity and relationships.
Everyone’s story is different and I use the unique insights that each client to help them become more aware of the habits and thoughts that stifle personal growth.
In my work with couples, I draw on my beliefeach relationship is unique and takes work. I use the values and shared meaning that each person brings to their relationship as the foundation of our work together. I seek to resolve conflict by utilising a process driven approach that strengthens communication. Whilst working on cultivating shared meaning, intimacy and friendship within the relationship.
My therapeutic approach draws on Interpersonal Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Schema Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness, Relaxation and Clinical Hypnosis. My couple therapy work is also informed byGottman’s couple therapy approach.
